Terrawood Apartments

When I first moved into my apartment in October of 2022, the management was amazing. Everyone was friendly and my family made it a point to visit the office often because there was a sense of community. All the amenities were well maintained and the ground were clean, with a high-end feel. Javante, and the hardworking maintenance team have been nothing short of perfect in their service. Javante wears many hats and goes beyond the boundaries of his job title. However, there has recently been a change in management and we no longer feel taken care of, but passed off to a lesser equipped, absent minded individual. Bell Partners is making obvious budget cuts when it comes to the grounds and amenities, even asking residents to pay for their own water filters. Juanita, the manager, is deflective, passive aggressive, and not suited for a job taking care of a property, or people in general. She has been caught digging through residents trash to issue fines, and seems to lack the general knowledge required to perform even the most basic duties. The extra long review made by “Victor,” is glaringly A.I. generated, as the disapproval for management felt from residents is palpable. Juanita is forcefully friendly on the surface, and completely clueless on matters pertaining to her job. My truck had its windows bashed in, high ticket item stolen, and she claims to not have access to security camera footage at the front gate to aid the police investigation- but wants to add cameras at garbage receptacles to catch residents use improper disposal form; I’m not sure why her main objective is to police residents about the already insufficient garbage area, but it seems to be a personal project. If you’re considering moving in, I’d wait until there’s a change in lead staff.

I’ve toured Terrawood twice now with Javante and he is definitely the most helpful and informative leasing agent I’ve spoken with at any apartment complex. He made sure that everyone was taken care of in the office, while still being very courteous of our time. Such a good sign! While the office was busy as it was a Saturday afternoon, the entire area around it was very peaceful and calm. There seemed to be lots of parking available too at both times I toured which is such a rare thing at most complexes. I hope to call Terrawood home as I submitted an application shortly after the tour!

I had the pleasure of visiting this apartment complex today, and I must say, the customer service I received was exceptional. Javontae, the representative who assisted me, went above and beyond to make my visit memorable. Not only did he show me all the available units, but he also engaged in great conversation. His professionalism and warmth won me over even before I saw the apartment. Thanks to Javontae's outstanding service, I'm eagerly looking forward to making this apartment my new home.

This apartment complex is fantastic. Clean, quiet, and upkept well. The staff in the leasing office have been wonderful and helpful! Any time I needed something or had a question they've been able to address quickly and professionally. The location is great as well. If you are looking for a quality luxury level apartment at a fair price this is a great place to consider!
